Organization Memory
Inspect the durable facts agents can recall across your organization, their workspace context, and their relationships.
Organization Memory gives Owners a read-only view of the durable facts that connected agents can recall across the organization. Use it to understand what the shared memory contains, which workspace recorded a fact, and which related facts and entities surround it.
Organization Memory is an inspection surface. It does not edit, reorder, or manually create memories, and its inventory search is separate from the semantic recall an agent performs while working.
Open Organization Memory
Open Governance → Organization Memory in the Console. Only organization Owners can access this page.
The page is split into two areas:
- Memory inventory lists organization facts and their workspaces and statuses.
- Relationship neighborhood explains the selected fact through its entities, related memories, workspace context, and recall signals.
Memories appear after connected agents save durable facts. Select Refresh memories if a recently saved fact is not yet visible.
Search the memory inventory
Use the search field to find text in:
- fact content;
- workspace paths;
- entity names.
Search is case-insensitive and applies to the paginated organization inventory, not only to the memories already visible in the browser. Each result identifies why it matched with Matched fact, Matched workspace, or Matched entity.
This is exact inventory filtering, not semantic search. Use a word or phrase that appears in the fact, workspace, or entity name. Clear the search to return to the regular inventory, and use Load more when additional results are available.
Inspect a memory
Select a memory in the inventory to open its details. The selected memory shows:

Use these fields together. A fact can contain familiar text but belong to a different workspace, or it can remain visible for audit purposes after a newer fact supersedes it.
Read the relationship neighborhood
The graph reads from left to right:
- the selected memory;
- entities mentioned by that memory;
- related memories that share an entity.
Select a related memory node to inspect it. Use the zoom and fit controls when the neighborhood is larger than the visible area.
The graph is built from the memories currently loaded in the inventory. It shows up to six entities from the selected memory and up to four loaded memories that share one of those entities. Searching, clearing a search, or loading more inventory results can therefore change the visible neighborhood.
This view is not the organization's complete knowledge graph. Use Load more or clear the search before concluding that no related memory exists.
Understand recall signals
The Why this was recalled section shows the fact's Graphiti result position in the memory service inventory.
The Console also shows a Workspace match indicator. The organization inventory request has no caller workspace, so this indicator does not provide workspace-specific relevance on this page.
These signals explain ordering within the result set. They are not a confidence score and do not prove that a fact is correct. Confirm important facts against their source or the system of record before using them for high-impact work.
Interpret memory status
| Status | Meaning |

| Active | The fact is currently available as a valid organization memory |
| Superseded | The fact was invalidated after newer or changed information became available |
Superseded memories remain visible so Owners can understand how organization knowledge changed. Treat an active status as lifecycle information, not as an independent verification of the fact.
Organization Memory and Organization Library
Organization Library supplies Owner-authored operating guidance to agents when a prompt matches a Context Rule. Organization Memory contains durable facts learned and saved through agent work.
Use Organization Library for standards such as approval, rollout, or incident requirements. Use Organization Memory to inspect reusable knowledge such as environment details, established decisions, or stable project conventions.
Troubleshooting
A recent memory does not appear
- Confirm the agent is connected to the correct organization.
- Confirm the save operation completed successfully.
- Select Refresh memories.
- Clear any inventory search.
- Wait briefly for memory processing, then refresh again.
Search returns no results
Search matches literal fact, workspace, and entity text. Check the spelling, try a shorter phrase, or clear the search and browse the inventory.
A memory looks outdated
Check its status and validity timestamps. If it is still Active, verify the current information through the system of record before relying on it. A later agent save can update the durable knowledge and supersede the older fact.
